About
The School District 16 Educational Plan sets important direction for the next three to five years. Strategic planning is a means of focusing on the future. The plan provides the basis for concentrating the school district's resources on specifically defined actions plans that directly relate to the mission statement. The plan spells out strategies to employ toward the attainment of student-centered goals. District 16 is built on a deep commitment to provide the best possible instruction for our students. This foundation provides a strategic vantage point from which we can review our progress and plan for improvement. Aligning our system with this plan's strategic direction will offer significant benefits in ten areas for district and school level improvement.
